Laborer

Bald Ridge Enterprises is a growing company looking for a full-time laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to learn a skilled trade in architectural sheet metal and construction. We provide on-site training and ongoing safety training for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

Assist with daily construction tasks on job sites
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Set up and clean up job sites
Support foreman and skilled crew members
Follow instructions and help keep projects on track
Maintain tools, equipment, and work trucks
Follow all safety standards and job site rules

What We’re Looking For

Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Willing to learn and take direction
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to stay organized and prepared for each workday

Requirements

18+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Wyoming driver’s license with a clean record
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Willing to travel and occasionally stay out of town
Able to work overtime when needed

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
Able to stand, bend, climb, and move throughout the day
